- 1. Estimated Delivery Time
The total time from order placement to delivery is calculated as follows:

- Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (US & Canada). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
- Business Days: Monday – Saturday (excluding Sundays and U.S. public holidays).
- Shipping Rates
We apply a simple and fair shipping fee structure for the U.S. market:
- Orders $69.00 and above: Free Shipping.
- Orders under $69.00: Flat rate of $4.99 per order.
Note: All shipping costs are clearly displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your purchase.
- Taxes
- For US Orders: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your state's regulations.
- Carriers & Tracking
We partner with globally recognized carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
- Order Tracking: Within 24-48 hours after your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a Tracking Number and a direct link to follow your package's journey.

- Information Errors: If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order for timely correction.
- Delayed Orders: If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, we will work directly with the carrier and provide a status update within 24 business hours.
